Retired couple in desperate need for a 2 bed or 1 + den/office space. Where we are now is being sold and getting scared. Have to have the second space to set up my husband in. Does need to be level entry for a wheelchair, but, we can do some small non invasive modifications. We have one fixed cat. Need W/D (no coin ops), Tub/shower, some outdoor space (we smoke outdoors). around $850 or, around $1000 with cable/internet/heat/hydro. Victoria to Parksville. We are wanting a LONG term home, clean, quiet. Please help!
