Retired couple in desperate need for a 2 bed or 1 + den/office space. Have to have the second space to set up my husband in. Does need to be level entry for a wheelchair, but, we can do some small non invasive modifications. We have one fixed cat. Need W/D (no coin ops), Tub/shower, some outdoor space (we smoke outdoors). around $850 with heat/hydro, around $1000 with cable/internet/heat/hydro. Victoria to Parksville. We are wanting a LONG term home, clean, quiet. Please help!
