WANTED - Small Office Space in Cowichan Bay, British Columbia

Hello my name is Jennifer and I operate Cowichan Valley Cleaning Services, a small, fast growing cleaning company in the Cowichan Valley.
We currently provide services to customers between Mill Bay and Ladysmith and I am looking to find a small yet affordable office space somewhere between Mill Bay and Duncan to help with the expansion of our growing business.
Other alternative we may consider- 2-3 bedroom house for long term rent with a small building or large shed on lot or big garage.
