WANTED: 16 to 18 foot runabout style boat with outboard in Cowichan Bay, British Columbia for sale

Want to Buy:
Looking to buy about a 16 foot boat for use in the ocean around Maple Bay. A decent runabout type boat like a Double Eagle, Glascraft, Thermoglass, ect. Not looking for a ski boat (I want something more suitable for the ocean).
I am not looking for any major projects. Something more ready to go would be preferred as I intend to use with my wife and 2 small kids (under 10) this spring/summer. I am not overly picky on the year of the boat as long as its solid and well cared for (late 70's to early 90's is fine).
Engine wise, I only want an outboard - no inboards - and something from 60hp to 115hp is fine. Newer the better of course for reliability sake out on the water.
I do not want to pay over $5500. I have seen some decent ones (that have sold fast) from $3500 to $5500. I am in Duncan and can travel about as far as Nanaimo to Victoria. Plse flip me some details and photos of what you have. Thanks!
