The 85' x 29' boat house with a beam of 21' was built in 2007 with aluminum siding and rock face on the front lower section of the building. This boat shed is unusual as it is raised in the back half with a height of 29' to accommodate much taller vessels. The boat shed has a mezzanine, encapsulated flotation, 50 amp service, an electric fence to fend off otters, electric curtain and double doors at the entry to move large objects in or out.
