Interior is in very good shape and needs nothing more than a wipe down. Two burner propane stove. Propane Force 10 furnace and updated electrical and panel. Large water storage and ice box. Hard wired Serious Satelight radio. Rigging is in good condition, as is the Main Sail. Brand new foresail is 145 roller furling. Drafts 4.9. This is a very nice clean and easy to sail sloop. A very comfortable boat for two to enjoy sailing the West Coast but sleeps four.. Awesome tender, life jackets, and safety gear included. Price is firm. This is a great deal for someone.
