Looking for an adventurous bike? Are you a cycle tourist, bikepacker, or weekend explorer?
I would call this bike somewhere in between a Salsa Fargo and a Salsa Warbird.
This is a custom lynskey helix frame, 80mm suspension corrected, but with dropbar geometry. Lots of options with this bike, as you can run it with up to a 2.4inch tire in the front, yet can run road-cranks w/ the 68mm bottom bracket.
Frame:
The frame should fit a fairly tall rider. If you are under 6'1", unlikely this would fit you. I'm 6'2" and had to run a short stem (65mm pictured) to get the right reach, though I'm not a very aggressive rider.
Other features
- has braze-on's for a rear rack. Pannier-lovers rejoice!
- large front triangle has been great for fitting a large framebag
- has clearance for up to 42mm tire in the back.
- It's a pretty darn light frame. If you would reallllly like, I suppose I could disassemble the bike to weigh it for you.
- Decals have had some wear, but I ordered a spare set I haven't put on yet.
Fork:
- Super versatile fork. Can easily mount fenders using added clamps, or add bottle cages/manything cages.

- Dura-Ace 7800 Shifters
- Dura-Ace rear derailleur
- Ultegra FD
- 105 compact road crankset
- Avid BB7 disc brakes
- Dura ace 12-28t rear cassette, although this has some wear.
- Ultegra BB60 bottom bracket

Rear tire is Clement Xplor 40mm, but it's pretty done. Front is brand new Kenda Kommando 36mm.
Extras:
- 29er 2.2inch Cabello Tire (for front wheel)
- 120mm Ritchey WCS 4-axis stem
- Brand new deore rear derailleur. Never set this up, but would allow you to run a 11-34t cassette and is supposed to work w/ the dura-ace shifters
- Bontrager rear rack
Note: Pedals, saddle, and seatpost not included. Will throw in newish thudbuster for an extra $150 if you reallly want it (otherwise would like to keep it for my current bike).
Here's the geometry of the frame to the best of my measurements:
ETT: 24.3 inches/615mm
HT: 5.125 inches
