This Newmar is a Kountry Star KSCA 3301 2004 model, with extras.
Built on the Chev 22000lb chassis and powered by the gas Chev Workhorse and an Allison 6 speed transmission, this gas coach has been unbelievably reliable. It is really fuel efficient for a unit of this size and weight as we upgraded the Transmission Control Module to kick into overdrive at 80KPH instead of 100KPH. At the same time we did that, we added a transmission grade brake! (Those transmission upgrades were US$2100).
We've made a number of improvements to this 2 slide RV: new front tires (2018), replaced the "RV Queen mattress" with a full Queen mattress (2019), bedroom flatscreen with DVD player built in, the FlexSteel couch/hide-a-bed in the salon has a new mattress. Colour hi-resolution backup camera with audio. New outside roof vent on the fridge. There is a battery powered Dyson vacuum, with a wand and a power head.
Additionally, there is a new fridge (2020), new hot water tank (2021), aftermarket JVC stereo with bluetooth and a subwoofer, Sirius XM radio mount with external antenna (you need a head and subscription), BBQ propane hookup to main tank, "Stay-A-While" propane hookup to main tank. Replaced the "fogged" headlight assemblies with brand new ones.
There are black mesh external privacy sunshades for all the main windows. Both slides have toppers. A full cover is included (similar to sample picture.)
Both front seats are FlexSteel power seats, with brand new seat covers. Three burner propane stove, microwave/convection oven. Double kitchen sinks, Corian counter tops throughout, day/night shades throughout, 2 rooftop air conditioners, forced air propane furnace (basement compartments are heated too). Fan-Tastic roof vents above stove and in the water closet. Filter system on water intake.
Generous cabinet and storage space throughout, including a full wall unit of storage in the water closet facing the toilet and another cupboard above the toilet.
In the bedroom there are four large drawers, 1 full hanging closet and 2 half hanging closets. 3 drawers in each of the bedside tables. There are hydraulic lift arms to lift the bed to reveal a massive storage area!
You'll love the fact that even with the slides closed, you have full access to the fridge, and more importantly, to the toilet!!
Outside storage: two basement pass through compartments, and loads of basement space and access to utility compartments through the 12 basement insulated/locking access doors!
A 7.5 KW generator with a full sound shield easily handles both air conditioners running at full capacity.
There is a spare rear hydraulic jack (NIB), and a spare hydraulic jack solenoid (NIB). On the roof , there are two solar panels and a digital TV antenna for OTA signals. Outside decals replaced with paint (no peeling!)
There is a Falcon 2 towbar system with an SMI "Brake buddy", wheel sun covers, and a slide in privacy wall/sun shade for the 16 foot awning.
