If it isn't sold by Friday morning, we will be taking it to the mainland as a trade in for our new trailer. We would rather not pay to take it on the ferry, so we are selling it for the trade-in price less ferry fees.

We have found it has a soft spot on the roof where it leaked last year. Will cost approx. $1000 to repair (it was re-sealed and is no longer leaking - no visible signs of leak inside), so reduced price reflects this. Won't affect your ability to take it out camping immediately, but something you would want to have looked at in future. I am happy to send photos of the roof and interior areas if you email me.
