***Wanted*** 5th Wheel (or Possibly a Park Model) by Private Buyer. Up to $70,000 (cash buyer)

We are looking for one similar to the one in the picture (we will consider all makes/brands), 38+ feet in length.

We may consider a Class A motorhome 37+ feet in length.

We live in the Langford area, but we will travel to anywhere on Vancouver Island or the lower mainland, for the right trailer.

Must have 4 season insulation package and washer/dryer hookup.

Must be in excellent condition with no issues at all.

All appliances and equipment working properly.

**Important** Has had no water intrusion at any time.
