Like new, was bought summer 2013 for 27K before taxes. It was custom made for persons with multiple chemical sensitivity so it is a healthy home for someone wanting a trailer built without toxins.
It has a kitchen sink, fridge and two burner hot plate. The fridge is electric/propane and vents fully to the outside (there is no propane smell).
There is a hot water heater, toilet and shower.
Table/benches fold down into a queen bed.
The walls, floors, ceiling, cabinets are all made out of aluminum.
The cushions are natural (non-toxic!) latex. The table and counter are custom made without chemical finishes. The flooring is EVA foam (non-toxic) but could easily be removed like a carpet.
It can be pulled with a small SUV or truck. 2500lbs
