Like new was bought last summer for 27K before taxes. It was custom made for persons with multiple chemical sensitivity so it is a health home for someone wanting a trailer built without toxins.
It has a kitchen sink, fridge and two burner hot plate. The fridge is electric/propane and vents fully to the outside, there is no propane smell. There is a hot water heater, toilet and shower.
The walls, floors, cabinets are all made out of aluminum.
It can be pulled with a small SUV or truck. 2500lbs
